Qualification Title: PRINCE2 Agile Foundation
Unit 1: The basic concepts of common agile ways of working
Unit 2: The purpose and context for combining Prince2 and the agile way of working
Unit 3: Applying and evaluating the focus areas to a project in an Agile context
Unit 4: Fixing and flexing the six aspects of a project in an Agile context
Unit 5: Applying or tailoring the Prince2 principles, themes, processes, and management products to a project in an agile context
Assessment
One-hour online multiple choice exam consisting of 50 questions. To achieve the qualification, you will need to complete all required exams. Please note that learners are responsible for booking their own examinations, we cannot guarantee availability at your preferred exam centre or date.

Awarding Body
