I put all of my staff through the Adult Care qualification with Association of Learning. The support throughout the duration of the course, and everything is very organised and professional. It’s fully online, so there is no requirement to attend a classroom, which is very convenient for us and our staff members.
The HLTA Level 4 course is a great way for teaching assistants to further their careers in education! It covers a wide range of topics and is very simple to follow. You get great feedback from tutors about improvements or achievements. The course broadens your knowledge and allows you to develop techniques for your own development. I would 100% recommend the course to other TAs if they're ready for the next step.

Every learner has 12 months to complete their course (longer for some course packages). However, depending on the course, it’s possible for your staff to gain their qualification within a few months.
