This course is assessed using a series of assignments that are designed to test your knowledge of the course materials. You’ll access your learning materials and submit your work online using our learner management system. Your expert assessor will mark your work and guide you throughout the programme.
To complete this Level 2 NCFE course qualification, you will need to submit a portfolio of evidence to your personal tutor, containing all of the completed activities required at the end of each unit. Your tutor will then assess each of these activities, and supply you with marks and feedback on how best to improve your grades (before signing off each unit).
Please note: Due to the nature of the assessment questions, you will need to be working in a retail environment at the time of your course (this can be paid or voluntary).
Minimum age: 16 years.
Applicants must be at least 16 to participate. Proof of age may be required. Some activities may have additional age restrictions.
Upon completing your course, you will receive a certificate from NCFE, a respected educational charity with over 170 years’ experience.
