Assessment

This course is assessed through assignments designed to test your knowledge of the course materials. You’ll access learning materials and submit work online via our learner management system. An expert assessor will mark your work and guide you throughout the programme. Learners must complete a work placement of at least 175 hours in a real work environment, including 75 hours during the Certificate, to support their learning.

Required Knowledge

Minimum age: 16. Entry is at the centre’s discretion. Completion of the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) (Northern Ireland) is required. A work placement is mandatory.
