Creative Writing Level 3

About This Course

Fancy yourself as a budding author, interested in different form or writing, then this is an ideal course for you. You will not be disappointed as you delve into how the writing process composes creative works. You will also generate work suitable as a piece of creative writing in readiness for submission to a publisher. Further study will allow you to gain an insight into different texts and genres whilst comparing different writing styles.

You will be challenged and supported to develop your skills in writing poems in a number of different forms: from a sonnet, rhyming verse and free verse. Finally, you will explain the nature and purpose of dialogue and create a believable character and provide a character analysis. You will receive feedback from your personal tutor as you progress through the course, your tutor will ensure that you stay on track and prompt you to challenge your abilities to ensure that you achieve the very best outcome from your studies.

Assessment

There are no exams to take with the Level 3 Creative Writing course, you will be assessed on a continuous basis by a series of written assignments, which are submitted to and marked by your tutor.

Required Knowledge

There is no requirement to have any background knowledge of qualifications to complete/enrol on this course and your tutor will provide support from day one! If you do have any additional learning requirements, please let your tutor know as they will then be able to tailor their feedback and support around your requirements.
