About This Course
So many people are now turning to making personalised items and gifts, whether for fun and enjoyment, as a small business, or just as a hobby.
Whichever type of person you are, you can be assured that your efforts are generally more graciously received than if a shop bought alternative is offered instead.
That said, if the product you have made does not look and feel the part it can sometimes end up being put to the back of a cupboard! To ensure that this does not happen, learn the necessary skills from the Level 2 Creative Crafts course to make sure that your items take pride of place.
By completing this course, you will learn and explore new skills or be able to refresh latent skills in areas such as knitting, needlework, patchwork and quilting, card making, scrapbooking and decoupage, homemade toiletries and candle making.
This course will allow you to study the convenient way! You decide when and where you learn, at your own pace. Your coursework can be submitted by either post or email, making it easy and hassle-free.
All your course materials will then be delivered to you by post or sent to you online, so it couldn’t be easier. Our experienced and professional tutors are there to help you every step of the way by email, so help is only a click away!

The course has been endorsed under the ABC Awards and Certa Awards Quality Licence Scheme. This means that OSC has undergone an external quality check to ensure that the organisation and the courses it offers, meet defined quality criteria. The completion of this course alone does not lead to a regulated qualification* but may be used as evidence of knowledge and skills gained. The Learner Unit Summary may be used as evidence towards Recognition of Prior Learning if you wish to progress your studies in this subject. To this end the learning outcomes of the course have been benchmarked at Level 2 against level descriptors published by Ofqual, to indicate the depth of study and level of demand/complexity involved in successful completion by the learner.
The course itself has been designed by OSC to meet specific learners’ and/or employers’ requirements which cannot be satisfied through current regulated qualifications.
ABC Awards & Certa Awards endorsement involves robust and rigorous quality audits by external auditors to ensure quality is continually met. A review of courses is carried out as part of the endorsement process.
