The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their project management expertise by combining the structured governance and control of PRINCE2 Project Management with agile ways of working.
Throughout the course, you will explore how to tailor PRINCE2 Agile to different project environments, guide agile delivery, manage work by stages and apply agile principles, tools and techniques. You will also develop your understanding of business value, stakeholder engagement, team collaboration and flexible project governance.
The course is delivered entirely online, allowing you to study around your work and personal commitments. You will receive 12 months of course access, with approximately 15–20 hours of study time, and can progress through the materials at your own pace.
This course prepares you for the official PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner examination. After passing the examination and meeting the prerequisite requirements, you will receive the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certificate issued by PeopleCert.
Qualification Title: PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner
This course prepares you for one 150-minute, open-book examination consisting of 50 multiple-choice questions. A score of 60% is required to pass.
To achieve the certification, you must pass the official PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner examination.
The examination fee is not included in the course price and must be purchased separately. Learners are responsible for purchasing the relevant PeopleCert exam voucher and booking their own examination time-slot through PeopleCert. Exam availability, scheduling and booking terms are controlled by PeopleCert.
Applicants must hold PRINCE2 Agile Foundation (Version 2) or any PRINCE2 Agile Version 1 certification. Evidence of the prerequisite must be provided before examination results are released.
PeopleCert is the certification body responsible for issuing the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certificate. Learners must pass the official examination and meet the prerequisite requirements to receive the certification.
PRINCE2 Agile combines structured project governance with agile ways of working and is relevant to professionals involved in project management, agile delivery, product delivery, business analysis and project support.
Learners receive access to structured online course materials and guidance throughout their studies. With 12 months of course access available, you can complete the course at your own pace. The student support team is available to assist with course-related queries.
