Learners must complete a combination of units totalling at least 13 credits. This gives you the flexibility to select the units that best match your learning goals and complete the qualification.
Unit 1: Principles, skills, and impact of coaching and mentoring (7 credits)
Unit 2: Coaching and mentoring for individual team needs (6 credits)
Unit 3: Managing the coaching and mentoring relationships (5 credits)
Unit 4: Coaching and mentoring processes (7 credits)
Unit 5: Completing the coaching and mentoring processes (5 credits)
This course is assessed using a series of written assignments designed to test your knowledge of the course materials.
These assignments will need to be sent to your personal tutor for marking, who will provide helpful tips and feedback.
You will have six months to complete your studies, with a minimum of 130 study hours required. No external examinations are required.
No prior knowledge or skills in this area are needed to enrol onto this course, making it ideal for those just starting out in this career field.
You should be at least 16 years of age, have a good understanding of English, and ideally be working within an organisation or have relevant experience
This qualification is awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). On successful completion, you will receive the CMI Level 3 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring.
