Assessment

This distance learning course is assessed using a series of written assignments that will test your knowledge of the course materials. These will need to be submitted to your tutor online, who will then mark and supply you with valuable feedback.

No prior knowledge or experience is needed in order to enrol onto this course. Similarly, as this is only a knowledge based course, you don’t need to be working within a health or social care environment to apply. All we ask is that you are at least 16 years old.

Awarding Body

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Health and Social Care accredited by the qualifications regulators for England, Wales and Northern Ireland – the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

This qualification is to guide and assess the development of your knowledge and skills relating to the children and young people’s workforce, and will enable you to progress towards working in Early Learning and Childcare; Social Care, and the Learning Development and Support Services workforce.
