Unit 1: Approaches to Managing and Leading People and Teams (7 credits)
Unit 2: Organisational Awareness for First Line Managers (8 credits)
Completing these two units achieves the full qualification, which requires a minimum of 13 credits. Depending on availability, you may be able to choose a different unit from the CMI syllabus. Please get in touch to discuss your options.
