Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE
Closing date: 14/11/2025

We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our relaxed, close-knit team in Llandudno.

This is a hybrid role, with one day per week in the office (in Llandudno, North Wales) and the rest working remotely.

You’ll be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the platforms that deliver learning to thousands of our users.

About the Role

You’ll be working on our proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) built on PHP (Mezzio / Laminas Framework), supporting features such as assessments, reporting, certification, and tutor workflows.

You’ll also work across several WordPress-powered websites that include custom code and integrations with our LMS, payment processors, and other business tools. You’ll enhance functionality, performance, and user experience while improving interoperability across our ecosystem.

A major part of your work will involve developing and integrating APIs — ensuring smooth communication between our internal systems, third-party services, and customer-facing platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll build new features, maintain existing ones, and refactor core systems to support our long-term roadmap.
