About the Role

Your primary aim will be to sell our online courses to prospective students.

Working from a list of opportunities provided by the marketing team, you will spend much of the time making and taking phone calls to enrol students on to our courses.

You’ll be working closely with the marketing team and reporting to the director, in this fast-paced role that will suit target-driven individuals looking to fully develop their selling potential.

Whilst there is a realistic earning potential of £30k per year for this role, commission is uncapped and it’s highly possible that the successful candidate can exceed this OTE figure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Converting leads into sales via email, telephone and online chat
  • Up selling and cross selling other products and services
  • Collecting product feedback and presenting ideas and improvements to the director
  • Forecasting sales based on pipeline opportunities
  • Achieving weekly/monthly productivity & sales targets

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Previous sales experience
  • Experience of using CRMs
  • Hunger, drive and motivation to exceed targets
  • Friendly and confident phone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workloads according to deadlines
